Just some tips to make the wording a bit better:

Legendary Creature - Kage

Shadow (does the rest REALLY matter?)

Whenever Mizukage attacks put a Weary counter on Mizukake.

At end of turn if Mizukage has 2 or more Weary Counters return Mizukage to owners hand.
